INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY

Preservation of investor capital and management duration risk while seeking to generate high income. The strategy seeks to provide downside protection with higher income generated by high yield bonds while seeking to minimize interest rate risk. The strategy has consistently generated alpha over the broad ICE BofA High Yield Index and more defensive than the ICE BofA 1-3 year US Cash Pay HY Index with durability through down markets.
